Red s514Predictable all-round
ALL ROUND PERFORMANCE
These brake pads offer consistent performance, thanks to their medium compound and friction stabilizers. They provide reliable braking with a smooth lever feel and excellent durability.
The inclusion of ceramic particles in the s514 compound ensures a soft bite and strong resistance to wear, making them a great long lasting option.
15% Improvement in friction performance compared to Shimano G03A pads
29% Improvement in friction performance compared to Swissstop 28C pads

Green s2032Brake late and hard
ULTIMATE BRAKING PERFORMANCE
The green series Sinter 2032 bicycle brake pads are designed with one thing in mind – extreme braking performance in diverse temperature conditions.
The 2032 braking compound is a state-of-the-art material, used by the Sinter Brakes racing team in the UCI Mountain bike Downhill World Championship. They enable riders to brake aggressively, while maintaining the ultimate power of control in all situations – regardless of the riding surface.

Blue s530E-bikes, heavy bikes, long descents
LONG LASTING BRAKING POWER
Developed to provide constant braking power, high modulation, and comfort on the brake lever, as well as slow wear across all temperature conditions.
That is what makes the s530 compound especially suitable for e-bikes and other heavy bicycles with extra long pad life and highly resistant to fade.
27% Improvement in friction coefficient compared with Shimano G03A pads
44% Improvement in friction coefficient compared with Swissstop 28E pads
Black s550
BRAKING CONTROL DEFINED
The black series Sinter 550 performance bicycle brake pads are designed for the no-compromise riders, off-road or on-road – while still maintaining long-lasting life! With the fine-tuned, slightly lowered friction coefficient they provide high levels of modulation for excellent control on steep, wet, tricky trails and roads.
The brake pads are fabricated from the organic S-550 compound, and they perform best with standard OEM non-floating or floating brake rotors.

Questions about SINTER 011
Does SINTER 011 fit Hayes Prime?
Yes. SINTER 011 fits the Hayes Prime series.
Which compound should I choose for my Hayes Prime?
Red s514 — Predictable all-round. Green s2032 — Brake late and hard. Blue s530 — E-bikes, heavy bikes, long descents. All compounds fit the same shape, so choose by riding style, not caliper. Black s550 is also available.
Are these pads organic or sintered?
SINTER 011 pads are organic: friction material bonded with resin, developed and made in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Organic pads bite quickly, run quietly and are gentle on rotors. Despite the name, Sinter only makes organic, resin-bonded brake pads.
How do I bed in new pads?
Every set ships with a bedding-in card. In short: clean and degrease the rotor, then find a traffic-free stretch. Ride at 15 km/h (10 mph) and brake 20 times down to 5 km/h. Then brake 10 times, harder, from 25 km/h (15 mph), and finally twice, hard, from 30 km/h (20 mph) — each time down to 5 km/h, never locking the wheels. This transfers an even film of pad material onto the rotor. Full instructions are in the Bedding-in guide.
