The project will include the optimisation and automation of the production and business process based on the MES system, digitisation of the warehouse and the introduction of barcode traceability, modernisation of business processes and the introduction of LEAN methods, information integration of the ERP system and the online shop, production planning and the transition to coloured semi-finished products, and the integration of business applications via an ad-hoc IoT platform and a business analytics application, which also supports visualisation. The investment is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund.
